I am very satisfied with Dean Ryan Snow Removal. I have had others in the past which tested my patience greatly but I am very satisfied with Dean’s. The snow was always cleared before I went to work in the morning, very important for me.

First year was not bad but the second year was poor. Had to call at least 10 times during the winter and even then the quality of snow removal was poor.

Snow Clearing Lawn Care

The snow was cleared promptly and the ridges left by the road and sidewalk plows was cleared again, at least once. Ryan did not wait for the storm to end before clearing and if the storm lasewd for a long time Dean Ryan returned and cleared the snow again.
We persuared the neighbor to go with Dean Rryan but, alas we didn’t get a discount.
This year was the forth year with Dean Ryan.

They were done in 3 days. They had to bring in over 15 tons of River Rock. One of the guys bumped the garage door with one of their machines. AJ was very nice about settling by replacing the damaged panel. I plan to have them back in the fall to do some work in the front yard.

Good company – nice bunch of guys. The estimate that Dylan gave me was for more work than I initially expected, though I’m glad they did the extra work. Plan changed from paving stone walkway to poured concrete walkway which I think was a better idea. Neighbor identified problem with soil erosion around edge of retaining wall. They fixed it with boulders – though at an additional cost. Finished product looks great and should last longer that rotting railroad timbers it replaced. End of job cleanup left a little to be desired.
