We hired Kanata Flooring to replace the cushion flooring and carpet in our house. After several months, the gaps in a few seams opened up, and a person was sent to our house to fix it at no charge.
A few years later, we called because the gloss finish on the cushion flooring was wearing out. This was explicitly excluded by the manufacturer warranty but Kanata Flooring replaced the flooring in our kitchen at no charge because it was so new.

Staircase Carpeting
After many delays and excuses we were finally told that their most trusted and experienced team would do the job. On the appointed day a father and son team showed up and were impressed with the task before them as it was a very large staircase leading to the second floor.
Overheard when they began the job was father saying to son, “For our first job with City View I guess they wanted to give us a real challenge.”
Don’t believe anything they say or promise.

Terry and his staff are very customer service oriented. Knowledgeable, and interested in making sure you get the best rug for your room and needs. Super helpful, and let you take the rug home to try out before buying. I took home 3 rugs, with the idea of choosing 1. I ended up choosing the perfect one for the room I was buying for, and found that another was perfect for my bedroom, so I bought two. I’ll be back. Prices and service unbeatable.

I recommend Terry’s Rugs! Beautiful selection, great customer service, attention to the buyer. They let me take home some of the rugs to try in my living room and I chose the one I liked best. The rug is beautiful: vintage/aged style and has a grey colour with modern accents. I’m really impressed by how soft it is as well and my guests enjoy it a lot.
